Sure it happens, not all bras are going to feel comfortable. But the minute I put this on I knew that I would not be able to wear it for a length of time. So I promptly wrapped it all up and sent an email that same day (as per website advice) to request the steps required to do a return/refund process.

Experiencing this, I feel Rose & Thorne could do much better with communicating to the customer. Maybe an automated email stating how long it will take for them to 1. respond to email request on refund and 2. acknowledge package received and how long it will take to respond for refund or advice. This is so, we are not left out here, hanging and wondering and having to do more work to see if you guys are responding (eg: facebook messaging, more emails etc). I won't be using your company again.
